9 - All I Want for Christmas is Dingers

Back by (or in spite of) popular demand, it's Underemployed! David's finally moved into Da Chuuch, and in the midst of assembling Ikea furniture, he and Jack take time to discuss a litany of topics, foremost of which is the Washington Capitals finally becoming Stanley Cup Champions! They also talk about Barry Trotz leaving the Caps, the NBA Draft, the new Nas (David hasn't listened) and Kids See Ghosts (Jack didn't enjoy it and isn't a Kid Cudi fan) albums, suit shorts, the Orioles being dogshit, Jack being afraid of the Southside of Chicago, the World Cup, and the DC United-Screaming Eagles-La Barra Brava controversy. They also talk about Mo Bamba's wingspan, Jack's opinion on public transportation, "Gangnam Style", cocaine, if CM Punk could beat Russell Crowe in a fight, Vince Staples being a hilarious dick, Manute Bol killing a lion with his bare hands, and Jack's childlike bliss at the prospect of going to the Home Run Derby!

8 - EGHCK

Jack and David return to talk about the history of the Pusha T-Drake beef, going all the way back to Clipse, Pharrell, and Birdman being a cheapskate, while also discussing the Caps nearing a potential Stanley Cup Final victory, the NBA Finals and the idiocy of J.R. Smith, cougar attacks, David's moving status in Fredericksburg, and much more! David also keeps calling the Capital One Arena by its old names, Jack still breathes into the mic, and PJ Anderson somehow gets mentioned for a third consecutive episode.

7 - Shrieking Toilet

May the 20th be with you, it's episode 7 of Underemployed! David and Jack are back, and being true to the show name by talking about their job status, the wonderful world of job searching, and David finding a new place in Fredericksburg with Bethany. They also talk about the Washington Capitals (who in the time between recording and this posting are beginning to revert to their ol' Caps ways), the possibility of LeBron James joining the Utah Jazz, Bethany's cat, Luna, establishing her position of stature around the house, Azaleia Banks being an asshole, Kanye West being a more forgivable asshole, and more!

6 - Q&A I: Long Live Chappelle's Show

On this episode of Underemployed, David and Jack answer questions from you, the best fans in the podcast land! They touch on so many wonderful topics, including the best advice for growing a beard, their favorite songs to sing in the shower, Cowboy Jack, the incest on Game of Thrones, about a million Chappelle's Show references, best dates, PJ Anderson's general loathsomeness, ideal dinner party guests, Shaq, and much, much more! Also, Jack finally accepts that because "underemployed" is a standard word in the English language, the spelling of the show should reflect that.

5 - Cardi B, as in Bancy

Episode 5 sees David and Jack finally able to conquer the eternal battle of Skype calls versus audio quality! Oh, and they also talk about stuff. Like the NBA and NHL playoffs, Cardi B's new album and how much they love her, wrapping up the NCAA Tournament and the tweets of one Donte DiVencenzo, the unwritten rules in baseball being ridiculous, accepting money from their fans (THE BEST PODCAST FANS IN THE WORLD!!!), and David's 28th birthday. They also take a shot at Mike Francesca, which is ironic because Jack breathes heavily into the microphone as it becomes 80 degrees six days after it snowed in DC.

4 - Bang the Table Slowly

Back in the Trap House in Fredericksburg, with that good audio quality, Jack and David return to discuss their mascot battle bracket blowing up the first afternoon of the tournament, Jack rooting for Loyola and loathing Nick Young's existence, firing shots at a 98 year old nun and a 32 year old defensive lineman, their takes on all of the major sports (and golf and FRISBEE! for good measure), and David's upcoming 10 year high school reunion. Plus, David thinks Logic is corny, Drake is soft, and 50 Cent is trash. Also, he bangs the table a lot.

3 - March Madness Mascot Melee!

March Madness is here, and David and Jack are back to fill out their official tournament bracket. But unlike every Sir Nerds-a-Lot, they decide to go through every game and determine a winner through a mascot battle! That's right, every game goes down based on a theoretical one-on-one matchup between each team's nickname, and results ensue. In addition, Jack talks about his trip to Pittsburgh, David gives tips on how to behave yourself on St. Patrick's Day at a bar, and both men talk about Windmaggedon 2018 (#WeWillRebuild).

2 - The Vince Staples of Podcasts

Back by popular demand, it's UnderEmployed! This week's episode sees mediocre recording quality, and Jack and David discussing Black Panther, Jack's undying love of Shaquille O'Neal and Barry Bonds, David with a personal take on Lance Armstrong's legacy, the NCAA coaching scandal, N.E.R.D. performing "Lapdance" at the NBA All-Star Game, Vince Staples, a surprisingly long MLS season preview, and more! UPDATE FROM THE FUTURE: So naturally we realize that most of you wanting to get into Underemployed will want to go back and start from the beginning, especially seeing as this is our most downloaded episode. However, both David and Jack concur that this episode is largely ass, and we strongly recommend not using this as a starting point. If you're looking for an episode where we've started to find our footing, Episode 6 should be a good one to listen to!
