And with David's move, the two can now record episodes in person! So with that in mind, the two talk about how David's adjusting to his new life, the snow outside breaking up the nonstop rain in the DMV, Jack struggling to fully embrace Kendrick Lamar, the Christmas miracle that is DMX's Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood, hood classics, Chris Cillizza, Amazon coming to Northern Virginia, neo-Nazis, 2 Chainz' dog, friends' Halloween costumes, and so much more! Also, Jack makes some hilariously alarming grammar mistakes and David utters the phrase "I'm pro-jorts", so you know it's dope!

With some explanitory voice overs along the way, David and Jack talk about David's time at AmeriCorps, Jack being wrong about the format change to the Home Run Derby years ago, the artistry of Doja Cat's "Mooo!", throwback jerseys, what type of food they would picture each other as in the event of starvation, the media, unpaid internships, and also more stuff!

Monday Sep 03, 2018
Underemployed is back on Labor Day with their second Q&A! Appropriately enough, Jack explains the process behind screwing up the initial taping that caused them to re-record this episode the following day, before he and David delve right into the questions asked by you, the Underemployed fans/people who showed us pity! Topics touched on include the struggles with being White males in well-off environments, sports games they wish they could have attended, entrance music, diets, hot sauce, dead musicians, O.J. Simpson, tattoos, bad songs by great rappers, manscaping, and so much more!

12 - Rampant Heroism
Thursday Aug 16, 2018
Thursday Aug 16, 2018
It's the dirtiest of dozens on episode 12 of Underemployed! Destiny's daddies* are back to discuss both David's trip to Maine (where he saw early/mid-90s hip-hop stars perform on a pier) and Jack's planned vacation, Jack leaving his job and finding the gym's serial pooper in his last week (giving new meaning to the phrase "No shit, Sherlock"? Maybe?), and what the future holds for both men in the job department. They also talk about Ray Lewis' Hall of Fame speech and Terrell Owens' lack thereof (while also going back and forth on the pronunciation of his name 36 times), David somehow being a goshdarn prophet about the Oakland A's despite not liking baseball, Walter Mondale, cults, and most importantly, Barry Bonds heroically having his number retired by the San Francisco Giants! Oh, and there's numerous references to both the city of Chicago and John Cena's seminal rap album.
* - David Hart does not endorse the nickname of "Destiny's daddies".

10 - Ten Jack Commandments (feat. Quinn & Miriam)
Monday Jul 09, 2018
Monday Jul 09, 2018
Underemployed hits double digits with episode 10, and to celebrate, Jack and David brought guests with them! Miriam and Quinn, former hosts of the University of Mary Washington Radio program, 2 Girls 1 Show, help bring some much needed female perspectives to what Quinn describes as "Obviously a brocast". In lieu of any sports talk, the foursome instead delve into a litany of topics, including what Miriam and Quinn would do if they had dicks, David's failed runs for Mr. Mary Washington, the trapped Thai Children, the creative process behind hosting a radio show and creating a podcast, ideal funerals, gender terminology, Miriam hating The Simpsons and South Park, being an organ donor, Kanye West, childbirth, and much more! They also get more serious and discuss Miriam's sobering experiences in both Memphis and Oxford, Mississippi at the Civil Rights Museum and Emmett Till memorials respectively, and their experiences with Catholicism.
